Our courses are held either on-site at your workplace or at an agreed-upon local venue. We can tailor the location based on your preferences and the needs of the training participants. Please let us know your preferred location, and we’ll work to accommodate it.
Yes, our courses are accredited. We offer a range of medical training programs, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Intermediate Life Support (ILS), Sports Trauma, Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), and Vaccination courses, all of which are certified by CPD Accreditation. This ensures that the training you receive meets the required standards for professional development and can be used to earn CPD points towards your continuing education.

Our bespoke courses are not accredited. However, our five core courses are accredited and meet the required standards for professional development and certification. If you’re looking for accredited training, we recommend exploring those core offerings, but we can also tailor bespoke courses to fit specific needs within your organisation. Do you offer refresher training?

Yes

Yes, we offer refresher training for Intermediate Life Support (ILS) and Emergency First Aid at Work. Additionally, we are happy to provide micro refresher sessions, either in person or via video call, tailored to specific needs or areas of focus. These sessions are designed to ensure that skills remain up-to-date and relevant, whether for individual practitioners or teams. Do you use live training materials?

As a medical training company, we understand the importance of realism in providing effective and practical training experiences. While we do strive to use live training materials wherever possible to replicate real-world scenarios, we also ensure that all other equipment and resources meet the highest standards. This combination of live materials and high-quality simulation tools helps us create an environment that maximises learning while maintaining safety and quality throughout the training process.

What is the cost of your courses?

Course costs vary depending on the program and/or the number of participants. For specific pricing, please refer to the course details page on our website or contact us for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking, so we can assist you in rescheduling or addressing any concerns.

What is your booking/payment policy?

To secure your place on our courses, we require a 20% deposit upon booking.

For those who prefer to pay in full, we offer a 10% discount if payment is made 3 months prior to the course date.

If full payment is not made upfront, the remaining balance must be settled within 28 calendar days of the course start date.

Please note that places are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Do you provide lunch?

Yes, we do provide lunch for full-day courses such as the Sports Trauma and Emergency First Aid at Work. However, please note that lunch is only included for full-day sessions. Advance notice and a minimum number of participants are required.

What should I wear?

For every course it’s important to wear clothing that is both comfortable and practical. Here’s what you should consider:
The goal is to wear something that allows you to practice CPR, perform medical procedures, and be active throughout the day without any hindrances.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, you don’t need to bring anything. We provide all the materials required for the courses. Just bring your own note-taking equipment if you’d like to take notes during the sessions.

Who will train us?

Our training courses are delivered by a team of healthcare professionals who bring real-world experience and expertise to every session. Whether you’re learning clinical skills or patient care techniques our trainers have hands-on experience that enriches the learning process and prepares you for success in your training.

What happens if I’m running late on the day?

If you’re running late for one of our training sessions, it’s important to understand that being on time is crucial so you don’t miss any essential content. For our short courses, if you arrive 15 minutes after the start time, this may mean you cannot attend. For our full-day courses, if you arrive 30 minutes after the start time, this may mean you cannot attend.

We understand that unexpected things can happen, so if you are running late, please try to contact your trainer to let them know. However, please do your best to arrive on time to get the most out of the course.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, your certificate will be provided by our CPD governing body upon successful completion of the training.

How long does my accreditation last?

The timeframe for each accreditation are as follows:.

Basic Life Support:

1 Year

Vaccination Course:

1 Year

Intermediate Life Support:

ILS full course every 3 years, with yearly half day recertification courses for those who have completed an ILS full course or Recertification within the last 12 months

Emergency First Aid at Work:

3 Years

Sports Trauma:

3 Years

Will Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) be able to claim CPD hours?

Yes, HCP’s can claim CPD hours when attending our courses. Our training is designed to meet the relevant professional standards and requirements for CPD accreditation, ensuring that participants can log their learning for professional development purposes.

What happens if I fail a course?

Typically, you cannot attend the practical sessions until you have successfully completed the theory portion of the course. If you fail the practical assessment on the day of testing, we offer the option to either be reassessed immediately or to schedule a reassessment at a later, more convenient time. Feedback will always be provided. In some cases, repeated failures might require additional training or support before you can retake the exam.
